Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all pool and beach activities to prevent accidents.
- Enforce all rules and regulations related to the use of aquatic facilities.
- Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid and CPR.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment around the pool and beach areas.
- Inspect safety equipment regularly and report any issues.
- Educate guests on safety procedures and potential hazards.
Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, ILS, or equivalent).
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
