Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests in and around the aquatic areas.
• Monitor pool and beach areas to prevent accidents and enforce rules.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized pool environment, checking equipment regularly.
• Provide friendly and helpful assistance to guests, answering questions and offering guidance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures established by Atlantis Resorts.

Requirements

• Strong swimming skills and lifesaving abilities.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Physical fitness to perform duties, including patrolling and potential rescues.
