Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests using the pool and beach areas.
• Monitor pool and beach activities to prevent accidents and enforce safety rules.
• Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies, providing first aid and CPR when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized pool and beach environment.
• Inspect safety equipment and report any deficiencies.
• Educate guests on safety regulations and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lifeguard.
• Current lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, STA).
• Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
