Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to monitor activities and prevent accidents.
• Enforce rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue services.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool and beach areas.
• Educate guests on safety procedures and potential hazards.
• Conduct regular checks of safety equipment and report any issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lifeguard with valid certifications.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety techniques.
• Excellent observation and vigilance skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are mandatory.
