Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of guests.
• Enforce all pool and beach rules and regulations.
• Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies.
• Perform rescues and provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment around the pool and beach areas.
• Educate guests on safety procedures and potential hazards.

Requirements

• Ability to swim and remain vigilant for extended periods.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (certification preferred but not required for entry-level).
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform rescue duties.
