DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of guests at the resort’s aquatic facilities. This role involves monitoring pool and beach areas, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pools and beach areas to ensure guest safety.
• Enforce all safety regulations and resort policies related to aquatic activities.
• Be vigilant and attentive to prevent accidents and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Perform rescues and provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool and beach areas.
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding the facilities.

Requirements

• Previous lifeguarding experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid Lifeguard certification (e.g., from a recognized institution).
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
