Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool and beach areas vigilantly to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
• Enforce all safety rules and regulations consistently and professionally.
• Respond immediately and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue services as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lifeguard station and surrounding areas.
• Conduct regular checks of safety equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

Requirements

• Current certification in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR is required (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
• Strong swimming abilities and excellent physical fitness.
• Exceptional observational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in high-pressure emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
