Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests in and around the water areas.
- Monitor pool activities and enforce all safety rules and regulations.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergency situations.
- Perform routine checks of pool equipment and safety devices.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
- Provide assistance and information to guests regarding facility rules and services.
Requirements
- Certification as a Lifeguard from a recognized institution.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Excellent observation and vigilance skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
