Key Responsibilities
- Supervise swimming areas to prevent accidents.
- Enforce all rules and regulations for pool and beach safety.
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate first aid or rescue.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool and surrounding areas.
- Educate guests on safety procedures and potential hazards.
- Perform regular safety checks of all equipment.
Requirements
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Ability to remain alert and observant for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
- Certification in Lifeguarding and First Aid/CPR is preferred but not required for entry-level.
- A responsible and vigilant attitude towards guest safety.
