Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all activities at the swimming pool to ensure guest safety.
- Enforce all rules and regulations pertaining to the swimming pool.
- Respond to emergencies and administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
- Inspect pool equipment and facilities for safety hazards.
- Assist guests with pool-related inquiries and provide a friendly service.
Requirements
- Ability to remain alert and vigilant for extended periods.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of lifesaving techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests.
- Ability to act calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
