Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to monitor guest safety and enforce rules.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of pool and beach areas.
• Educate guests on safety regulations and potential hazards.
• Perform routine checks on safety equipment and report any deficiencies.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• Current Lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, ILS).
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Excellent observation and vigilance skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
