Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and supervision of all individuals in and around the swimming pool area.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform routine checks on pool safety equipment and facilities.
- Provide assistance to swimmers and address any concerns or questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
Requirements
- Certification in Lifeguarding (e.g., Red Cross, RLSS) is preferred.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Excellent vigilance and observation abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students and staff.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Understanding of water safety procedures and first aid.
