Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a productive workplace environment and align team vision with company goals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talented Medical Information Officers (MIOs).
  • Coach and develop team member’s skills and performance.
  • Supervise, motivate, and monitor team performance, conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews.
  • Build strategic partnerships with KOL’s and customers for mutual benefit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related science.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Field (2 years at least experience managing team).
  • UAE experience is a must.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • High business and commercial acumen with excellent strategic and analytical skills.
