Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with case management from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and court personnel.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably 5 years+.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court rules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research software and case management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field, or a paralegal certificate.
