Key Responsibilities
- Optimize aircraft load distribution for safe and efficient flight operations.
- Prepare and finalize load sheets and manifests in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with ground handling, cargo, and flight operations teams.
- Monitor weight and balance parameters throughout the loading process.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and security procedures.
- Respond to operational changes and resolve loading issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aviation load planning or a similar operational role.
- Strong understanding of aircraft weight and balance principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
