Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo, baggage, and mail on aircraft.
- Calculate and ensure correct weight and balance distribution for flights, preventing operational hazards.
- Prepare and verify all load-related documentation, including load sheets and NOTOCs (Notice to Captain).
- Coordinate with ground handling teams, flight crew, and cargo operations to ensure smooth turnaround times.
- Adhere strictly to airline policies, safety regulations, and international aviation standards.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks related to cargo compartments and loading equipment.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of aircraft loading principles, weight, and balance calculations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with various departments.
- Ability to adapt to irregular working hours and a dynamic operational environment.
