Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Front Office professional to work as a Lobby Ambassador. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring an efficient and courteous service at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
- Actively represent all standards of the Arabian Cultural Connection program.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to check-in, and bid farewell upon departure.
- Use the Tablet Registration tool to register guests waiting to check-in.
- Extend personal service to all Guests, especially Club Rotana, VIP, and Rotana Rewards Guests.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel and local services to respond to guest queries.
Requirements
- Ideally, a diploma / degree in hospitality with previous experience in Front Office.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Polite and sophisticated manner.
- Customer-driven and proactive personality.
- Good interpersonal skills and smart appearance.
- Multiple language ability is an advantage.
