Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of investment projects for selected municipalities.
- Conduct research and analysis on local development needs and investment opportunities.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and coordination at the local level.
- Contribute to drafting project proposals and related documentation.
- Provide technical assistance and advisory services to municipal partners.
- Ensure projects align with IOM’s mission and sustainable development goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Development Studies, Public Administration).
- Entry-level experience in project development, local governance, or related areas.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (Georgian).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
