Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations effectively.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT products to customers across the MENA region.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse processes.
- Communicate proactively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all shipments and inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar supply chain role (2 years+ preferred).
- Strong understanding of logistics software and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a valuable asset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
