Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution of supplies.
• Manage and maintain company facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all facility equipment and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility repairs and services.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness in both logistics and facility management.

Requirements

• Associate level experience (2+ years) in logistics, facility management, or a related operational role.
• Strong understanding of facility operations, maintenance, and relevant safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
