Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize logistics operations for Asteco’s property portfolio.
  • Oversee facility management services, including maintenance, security, and cleaning.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Implement efficient inventory management and asset tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics and facility management, minimum 2 years.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with real estate operations and property management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
