Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness across projects.
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory control functions for materials and equipment.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipping operations, ensuring timely delivery and customs compliance.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to international and local regulations for logistics, trade, and safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar mid-senior level role (5+ years).
- In-depth understanding of global logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a challenging environment.
- Proficiency in relevant logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
