Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international logistics regulations and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar leadership role (5+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.
