Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all outbound logistics operations, including transportation and customs clearance.
- Oversee cross-trade shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery across multiple countries.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to optimize shipping routes and costs.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses for efficient dispatch and loading.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, specifically in outbound and cross-trade operations.
- Strong understanding of international shipping procedures, incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with external vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
