Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials and equipment to various construction sites.
- Implement and maintain robust logistics policies and procedures to optimize supply chain performance.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement, project management, and site teams to ensure seamless material flow.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate logistics staff to enhance team capabilities and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and warehousing best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
