Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain LogRhythm Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.
• Perform incident response, threat detection, and analysis using SIEM tools.
• Configure and optimize SIEM rules, alerts, and dashboards to enhance security posture.
• Conduct regular SIEM health checks, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with security teams to analyze security events and implement preventative measures.
• Generate comprehensive security reports and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in LogRhythm SIEM administration and operations at a mid-senior level.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, incident response methodologies, and threat intelligence.
• Experience with log management, security event correlation, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SIEM-related issues effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., LogRhythm Certified Admin, CompTIA Security+) are highly preferred.
