Key Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production cycles, including calibration and cleaning.
• Verify functionality of safety features before machine operation.
• Follow production instructions and set up minor machine calibrations.
• Perform inspections to ensure efficient operation and production.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain activity logs, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 – 2 years of experience operating machines in the frozen food industry.
• High school diploma or technical qualification (e.g., ITI with trade certificate in electrical or mechanical).
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP).
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards.
