Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule preventative and reactive maintenance tasks for all facilities.
- Oversee and manage external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality work.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, schedules, and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards within the facilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to minimize disruption and maximize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a similar operational role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff and contractors.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems or similar software is an advantage.
