Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule preventative and reactive maintenance tasks for all facilities.
  • Oversee and manage external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality work.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, schedules, and expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards within the facilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to minimize disruption and maximize operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a similar operational role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff and contractors.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management systems or similar software is an advantage.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and facility management.
