Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and reliability.
• Lead and mentor maintenance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and areas for improvement.
• Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards in maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a maintenance management or excellence role, preferably in financial or operational sectors.
• Strong understanding of maintenance best practices, including reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and total productive maintenance (TPM).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software.
