Carmeuse is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Salalah, Dhofar Governorate, Oman. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance operations to ensure optimal plant performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including parts inventory and contractor services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or mining environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and P&L responsibility.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
