Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize detailed maintenance plans and schedules for various industrial assets.
  • Coordinate efficiently with operations, production, and other departments to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure the timely availability of required resources, including materials, tools, and personnel.
  • Monitor and track key maintenance performance indicators and report on progress.
  • Implement and promote best practices for preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety, environmental, and quality standards in planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner, preferably within the Oil and Gas or heavy industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance management systems and scheduling software.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding operational environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Technical knowledge of relevant equipment and maintenance procedures.
