Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of managed services projects within the telecommunications domain.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure high standards of connectivity, security, and unified communications are met.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in managed services or telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of IT and network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, SASE, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on client satisfaction and solution delivery.
