Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of managed services projects within the telecommunications domain.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of IT and network solutions for global clients.
- Utilize the AIreCONTROL ITSM platform to monitor project progress and ensure operational excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure high standards of connectivity, security, and unified communications are met.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in managed services or telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of IT and network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, SASE, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on client satisfaction and solution delivery.
