Key Responsibilities
- Assist in research and data collection for various consulting projects.
- Support senior consultants in the preparation of client presentations and reports.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand business needs.
- Analyze business processes and provide initial insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Learn and apply Baker Tilly China’s methodologies and best practices in consulting.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and good command of English is required.
