Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and launch of new ancillary products and services.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to implementation and performance monitoring.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, IT, and operations.
- Optimize existing ancillary products to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and performance metrics for all ancillary offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of ancillary revenue strategies and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing projects and teams.
