Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partnership strategies to support youth development initiatives.

• Organize and facilitate partnership events and collaborative projects.
• Track and report on the impact and effectiveness of partnership activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Singaporean youth landscape is an advantage.
