Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of cabin interior projects, from concept to implementation.
• Oversee the design, selection, and procurement of cabin materials and components.
• Ensure all cabin interior modifications comply with aviation safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for cabin interior projects effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and guest experience teams to enhance cabin product offerings.
• Drive innovation in cabin design to continuously improve passenger comfort and aesthetic appeal.

Requirements

• Proven experience in aviation cabin interior design, engineering, or project management, preferably in an airline setting.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and certification processes related to cabin interiors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, design, or a related field is preferred.
• A deep understanding of passenger expectations and trends in airline cabin experience.
