Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of cargo analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and effective utilization of analytical tools.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to inform cargo strategy development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cargo analytics, logistics, or a related field, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing analytical teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Logistics, Business Analytics).
