• Optimize pricing and capacity utilization for Etihad’s cargo operations.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and demand forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of revenue management professionals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and network planning teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cargo revenue management or a related commercial role within the airline industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of airline cargo operations, market dynamics, and revenue management systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
