Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) operations team.
- Oversee the end-to-end CDD lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement robust CDD policies, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams to enhance CDD processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance and training to the team on CDD best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CDD operations or a related financial crime compliance role.
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
