Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to execution and renewal.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure all contracts and procurement activities comply with legal and company policies.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Oversee contract administration and document management.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual matters to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in contracts management and procurement, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
