Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and re-engineering of corporate lending processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all corporate lending processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate new processes and systems seamlessly.
- Monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide team members involved in process development and implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in process development or operations management within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate lending products and their lifecycle.
