Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and re-engineering of corporate lending processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all corporate lending processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate new processes and systems seamlessly.
  • Monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide team members involved in process development and implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in process development or operations management within the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of corporate lending products and their lifecycle.
