Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for customer loyalty programs.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of various payment solutions.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new value proposition opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to enhance customer engagement and experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the loyalty and payments landscape.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators for loyalty and payment initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in customer loyalty, payments, or product management, preferably in retail or oil & gas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives successfully.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and sales strategies within a retail context.
