Key Responsibilities

- Monitor EV performance metrics, ensuring high operational standards and safety.
- Collaborate with technology and supply chain teams to integrate EV data into operational systems.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for EV initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on EV fleet or advanced logistics.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology, infrastructure, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, e-commerce or digital ecosystem environment.
