Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Guest Relations team, ensuring seamless operations and service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively address guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee VIP guest services and ensure personalized, memorable experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a cohesive and luxurious guest journey.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members on service standards and resort policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a guest relations or front office management role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a proven track record.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, especially English and Arabic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
