Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
• Develop and implement housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures for a luxury resort.
• Manage and train a diverse team of housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and operational harmony.

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a Housekeeping Management role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development and motivation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining pristine environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to hospitality operations.
