    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee remote IT operations and infrastructure within the telecommunications environment.
    • Implement and maintain network solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
    • Utilize AIreCONTROL to monitor, control, and automate IT service management across various platforms.
    • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing remote work culture.

    • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards for IT and network security.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in Information Technology management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
    • Strong understanding of network solutions, including SD-WAN, SASE, firewalls, and connectivity services.
    • Experience with ITSM platforms and AIOps concepts, ideally with real-time monitoring and automation.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a remote team effectively.
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex IT and network issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
