Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for security personnel.
  • Manage and lead a team of trainers and instructional designers.
  • Ensure all learning materials and methods comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously improve content.
  • Oversee the administration and logistics of all learning centre operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development management, preferably in a security context.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with security industry training requirements and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design software.
