Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies for airport operations.
• Oversee operational data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify key trends and insights.
• Drive the use of data-driven insights to improve airport efficiency and passenger experience.
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and specialists, fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data consistency and strategic alignment across the organization.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support critical decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic aviation environment.
