Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive OT cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of OT systems to identify security gaps.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate cybersecurity best practices into OT infrastructure.
• Stay updated on emerging OT security threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, with significant leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of OT protocols, architectures, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).
• Proven experience with risk management, incident response, and security operations in OT environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP) are highly desirable.
