Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all parking facilities and services within the resort.
- Manage, train, and schedule parking staff to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain efficient parking systems, technology, and operational procedures.
- Ensure a high level of safety, security, and cleanliness across all parking areas.
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and analyze revenue performance.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to integrate parking services seamlessly into the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Parking Services Manager, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or large-scale entertainment venue.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and staff.
- Proficiency in parking management systems, software, and related technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle challenging situations professionally.
