Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of all parking facilities and services within the resort.
  • Manage, train, and schedule parking staff to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain efficient parking systems, technology, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure a high level of safety, security, and cleanliness across all parking areas.
  • Develop and monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and analyze revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with other resort departments to integrate parking services seamlessly into the overall guest experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Parking Services Manager, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or large-scale entertainment venue.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and staff.
  • Proficiency in parking management systems, software, and related technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle challenging situations professionally.
